CAPARISPISAN II Wind Power Project - Wind Energy for Climate Action

Embrace the winds of change with ZeroCarbon as we propel climate action forward through the CAPARISPISAN II Wind Power Project. This greenfield endeavor is a large-scale wind power plant, poised to rise over a 77-hectare tract within the picturesque Barangays of Caparispisan, Caunayan, and Subec in the Municipality of Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. This ambitious project is set to install 14 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), each with a formidable capacity of 5 MW, combining for a total installed capacity of 70 MW. Annually, CAPARISPISAN II is forecasted to generate a robust 236,511 megawatt-hours of clean energy, significantly contributing to the mitigation of climate change with an expected reduction of 161,679 tonnes of CO2 equivalent per year. The project not only illuminates our commitment to sustainable energy but also to measurable impact, targeting a total emission reduction of 236,511 tCO2e over the initial five-year crediting period. ZeroCarbon is steadfast in harnessing wind energy to secure a sustainable and resilient future for all.
